does it matter which way subs face in a trunk car?

the sound waves bounce off the back of the trunk and be in phase instead of out of phase then go to your hears then hit the windsheild and out the windows to who knows how far and the bass will be louder and deeper, try it

Just know that if the subs and port are facing up to the lid of the trunk then you will need some serious serious sound deadening.....do you plan on sound deadening the trunk?I would do it,but I amnot keeping my car but for a few more months so that would be a awaste of money to me...

Rule of thumb in a trunk car is subs and port firingtowards the tail lights.
