All the people with more than 1 green box deserve it AFAIK. There are a few unwarranted reps given here and there but you're gonna get your bad apples. However, I think people aren't going to use it enough for it to make a difference.

Of course they do, I'm just saying that it is a good idea, but frankly useless in reality. It would be better if it was limited to sales only, as I said in that thread. The only reason is because if someone knows the answer to something, they will answer it. As it is right now, it has the effectiveness of the grey post boxes.
