thank you! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifThe crossover that comes with the comps does the job of seperating frequencies. They keep everything where it belongs. Find a good place to mount your tweeters. maybe pm iamamp3pimp and ask his advice on that since he has the same car.
The one you posted will work, but the Alpine he suggested is much better. Plus if you decide to upgrade your sub amp you can get an Alpine PDX mono amp and stack it on top of the small two channel amp and save a lot of room.
You can try it without the big 3, there's no way to know if it'll be okay or not until you get it installed.
It doesn't matter how many "channels" a speaker has. 3 way speakers usually have a mid and 2 tweeters on each side instead of just a mid and 1 tweeter. One tweeter per side is plenty.
The Pioneers would be 2 way, they just don't say so.
The Raammat should greatly decrease the rattles, but even low power subs like you have are going to cause a little bit of rattling no matter what you do.
i think there is a mount area already installed on my neon
there are 2 small speakers on the front dash next to the windshield... are those the tweeters?
and are these worth the 100 bucks over the pioneers?
