Are these battery terminals ok?

I bought a pair of matching battery terminals the other day but sadly the negative one didn't fit. It was too big for the battery post so I ended up using a cheaper one I got at the parts store. I had to put the chassis ground wire and the starter negative wire on top of each other and smash them down. Is this setup ok or should I try to find a different negative battery terminal designed for 4 gauge wire like the other one I already have?

I don't like those, kind of cheap in my opinion. I prefer using ring terminals and military battery post.

Would you replace both of them or just do the negative side? The one for the positive side is pretty nice... It has 2 holes for 4 gauge and 2 holes for 8 gauge. It does hold the wires with set screws though which I worry will loosen up over time.
