Are there any 15" 3000 rms subs?

I'm trying to be talked into the top of the line DD. Do you think the Digital Design well handle it. From what I heard they really don't like replacing blown stuff(hard to get a warranty).

The 9900 series will handle basically anything you can throw at it...if you're gonna do 3000 watts though, I would look into the 9500...9900 for 5000 or more, from what i've read at least

You don't need the DD 9900 with the power you have. The DD9500 is much less in price and will handle your amp.

As for warranty; if it is a factory defect they will repair it. If you burn the coils or abuse the sub you will have to buy a recone kit. If you look at the fine print on warranties you will find 99 percent of the companies don't cover burnt or open coils, customer abuse, competition use and a host of other things.

If you use the gain to set a limit on the power produced by the amp and/or aren't a total wingnut with the volume knob, any sub will be fine with pretty much any amp.
