Are more fuses needed?

One should be inline 12-18" from the battery. This protects the car in case you are in an accident (potential fire if live wire is sparking in interior area)

It is not required to fuse the positive wire in the trunk with a distribution block, but I do recommend it. This allows ease of diagnosing future problems and if any amp needs servicing you can cut power to that one circuit by removing that fuse.
