Refusing a search warrant is not probable cause to search you. The officer might think you are now hiding something, but he has no legal ground to search you just because you refused a search.

they have no need to be in your car if they dont have a WARRANT to be in your car. unless you have something out in the open, or smell like weed or beer then they won't ask.

Whether you give consent or not they can search your car. I have a B.A. in criminal justice and spent a year in law school. Your car is not equivalent to your house.

and obviously , if you are being polite to a police officer , there should be no reason for them to get a shitty attitude towards you. and if you are being pulled over for something , it IS better for you to tell them to go ahead and search the car and find something than to tell them no and find something anyways. they dont like that. and believe me , it has happened to me plenty of times. even though the amount of pot that i gave up was less than the 20g felony limit , they either gave it back , told me to eat it , or thrown it on the ground and sent me on my way.

not 1 time have i said what they do is legal. but unless you somehow manage to get 100% of what goes down on video who do you honestly think the judge and jury or whoever is going to believe??/ i`ve actually been in this situation.

its times like that when a cop will follow you for 10 minutes waiting for you to slip and and have a reason to pull you. like i said it a previous post , it can be a simple offence like failure to come to a complete stop , turn signals etc , that can lead to a night of bullshit.
