Watchin some show on spike.... a cop pulled over some dumb black woman and she has a warrant for forgery. He asks for consent to search and she agrees... the cop finds a couple jugs of liquid (which turns out to be pcp) and she jumps in her car and drives away from the cop and he takes out his gun an dumps a clip at the back of the car

Truf! He was WHITE(COCKCAUSION) hes a dickand a jackass for loading a clip into that bishes car, what did he expect to accomplish by loading a clip into her car. His chief is going to ask him. Being a cop aint easy but this guy is going to get fired for not explaining his acts and why he belived to shot at the woman with out her treatening or imposing any danger to him. BTW, never, EVER give consent.
they have no need to be in your car if they dont have a WARRANT to be in your car. unless you have something out in the open, or smell like weed or beer then they won't ask.

all they do is dig for anything they can find to nail you on. just say NO!!

or they call call into the station while you sit there for hours till someone either comes with one , or you break and let them in. riding dirty is a no-no.

most likely the cop felt she tried to hit him, or thats all he has to say/prove and he has every right to shoot at her. She endangered his life therefore he has the right to do the same/take hers.

If he had a warrant to search her car for materials used for forgery, he could have searched her car, found the PCP, and not done a **** thing about it.

When searching under warrant, if they find something that isnt included in the warrant's statement, they cant do anything about it or detain you for it. Say they have a warrant to search your house for guns, and they find a bag of weed or any other drug, they cannot pursue that charge. Now if they ask for consent to search and you agree, anything they find is fair game.

If this lady said no, she would have been fine on the PCP charges, but still screwed on the forgery charges.

they can't hold you on nothing (nothing to charge you with) for more than like 30 minutes.
thats falsely detaining you. you have rights against that shit

so you can tell them no. and after half an hour they HAVE to let you go? id like to see someone pull that off...
