Are BOSS amps any good?

I'm looking at a BOSS amp which is cheap cheap cheap on ubid.com but I don't know if their any good...It has the right specs for my subs so if I get good feedback I'm going to but it....

well i personally have never had a problem with them but as far as ive read here they are junk a few of my friends have tham and think that they were a good buy for the money. they come wth a 6 year warranty so they cant be to shitty if you aint got the money id go with one. oh ya and they are over rated on the power if it says 400 rms you might get like 300.
