Yes, I am needing a lil help with the settings on my aq1200. I was told by a friend to set me lpf 10hz lower then what my box is tuned to same with the ssf and to set my hpf to around 100hz. But this makes no sence my box is tuned to 32hz and you can not set the lpf on my 1200 to 22hz as it does not go that low. Same with the ssf it does not go down to 22hz. The hpf recommendation makes sense but the lpf and ssf setting are just not possible. Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

They use to have a amp settings tutorial on here but for some reason it got deleted. Seems they delete all the helpful stuff and leave the junk. I myself know lil about setting gains so I will let someone with more exp answer your question.

Set your LPF at 100hz and your subsonic at 30-35hz. Better yet call me at 417-859-6025 and I will walk you through the set up and how to use the remote gain.

Don't take any more car audio advice from this friend. Subsonic Filter should be set 5 to 10 hz lower than your tuning . Low Pass Filter is really personal preference but right around 80 hz works out for most people. Not sure what his recommendation on the High Pass Filter is supposed to mean. I don't own one of these nor have I ever played with one but I don't imagine it has a high pass filter at all unless it is a pass through for a set of rca outputs. Unless he meant the high pass filter for another amp or sometimes headunits have them built in.

I just checked one out online and it definitely does not have a high pass filter. I'd take DJ's offer on the help. Not too many times are you ever going to get the owner of a company to personally walk you through the setup of your equipment.
