I wasn't talking about using them to align the coils. When were we talking about aligning? Thats why I said you can fix the lenght issue but you can't get around the diameter problem.

you have an TC9 based Lms... i have the exact same sub as you but in a 10"

not many of those were made, pretty good little sub... they dont have killer output, but feed them 1200-1500 watts rms and it will sound amazing

And they did more than just the tc5200. You use to be able to order all the subs with a comp package that they later decided to call it beta I believe.

yeah but the one they considered teh main SPL sub as the tc5200 with the SPL top iirc, im pretty sure they even guarenteed that you would have a 1db gain using the sub and it could handle any commercially made amp produced
