put in the external dimensions and the wood thickness, then subtract sub displacement and calculate the port displacement, which is the same as the box LxWxH and add in the wood displacement for the port also

None sub forward port back, though you may be able to modify one.

You have PLENTY of room. Go with 4.5cubes @ 38Hz with 72^2 of port opening. Make the port 18" long. That would be a great daily box off the power you have.
