AQ Build opinions...

So currently i am running 2 AQ sdc 2.5 15's and the box is just over 10 sqft gross and tuned to 35hz... pretty much no room what so ever in cargo and its 2" above window line. folding seats down is not an option for me, even though i would love to do that. So what i was thinking was going with the aq 12's but upgrading to the hdc3 series. So what do you guys think?? Could i get as loud or possible louder with the 12's or would it be better to stay with 15's? What are some pros and cons of making the change.

also whats the difference with copper coil and aluminum coil

right now i have 2 kicker zx1000.1 each sub at 2 ohms. plan on going to a 1 amp setup so anything over 2ooowrms

edit: but right now plan on aq2200

a single hdc3 15" can take an aq 2200 daily.. i had a hdc3 15" with aluminum coils on 2 aq 1200s and it took em like champ.

Yeah thats what the sites says... plus i dont plan on doing 16v upgrades a little bit more money than i wanna spend and its mainly for a daily

So i can put a single 18 in about the same size enclosure as a single 15 what will i see out of a little bit more cone area?

but with motor force and other stuff, idk.

IMO swap the sdc 2.5s for hdc3s, and sell the zx 1000s for 250 or so each, invest that 500 in a used aq 3500/saz 3500, and make em shine.
