AQ 2200 at .5 ohm

has anyone here ran one at a half ohm for daily use. i ran one at a comp and it did fine for a 45 sec bass race but will it be ok daily. any input is appreciated. also anyone have any idea what they put out at .5 ohm. thanks

ran one last week daily wit the electrical in my sig....never dropped below 12v at full tilt....wit wat i can see on ur sig it will be fine...might see maybe 200watts more than 1ohm power wit current electrical

thanks that helps alot. and i will be upgrading to 1/0 gauge knu before i run this amp at full tilt daily. did yours get any warmer or was it just normal

when i had it.

stock alt, optima RT under the hood, a batcap 2000 in the back.

run mine daily and its fine does warm up a little bit but works well. but i dont go full tilt all the time just up a lil bit. numbers in sig are @ .5

ran both my 2200ds starped 1 ohm so .5 each amp all day never whent below 14.6v from 15.3v

What kind of electrical would i need to run 2 at .5 each? I have one deka 9a31 and i would prolly get one more and maybe a HX300 up front. Would this be sufficient?
