Anyone use Creatine???

Try FIERCE from company Called SAN I actually got a little pump effect and it has twice much creatine in it as ethyl ester and another form. Plus its 50 servings at one scoop a day and about 15 dollars cheaper than no xplode

 
this just goes to show how these chemicals effect everyones body so different. i tried NOxplode in both pill and powder form and it did NOTHING. no dialation of my veins, no pump. it sucked. interesting comparision though.
yeah ive always been quite different with the NO products (i think its the lithium i take). over at bodybuilding.com all the guys love superpump and white flood. neither worked at all for me and white flood tastes like *******!

 
i took creatine when i was only working out 2-3 times a week and it did absolutely nothing. Definitely need to have a strong work out program to see the results.

f*ck that, NO is a waste. i only use it to kick off a bulk from time to time. for me i just use whey, creatine, multi, fish & flax oil, and FOOD...and the occasional steroid //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

yeah you also need to know how to eat properly and you NEED to drink ALOT of water. creatine doesnt do shit if youre not drinking tons of water. not saying you did this, just putting it out there for everyone.

 
well maybe because an athlete doesnt want 10 extra lbs of water weight, but creatine is not like a car. if you dont saturate your muscles, your just wasting your money.
true but either way i never said cratine is no good i feel a large boost with that stuff but i just never used it everyday just maybe 1or 2 times a week the rest of the time protein diet cardio u should be good with out it . but it does give u a boost

 
hey fatryan, didn't you do a superdrol cycle a while back ago? If so how did that workout for you?
yup, it worked great. made some solid gains. that shit is so harsh though. ive since moved to the real stuff. just finished a testosterone cycle (last pin was about a month ago). im in PCT now and im pretty sure im back to normal test levels already. havent gotten a test but man do i get horny and shoot huge loads lol.

what brand are you using? not saying your wrong, but i never got any kind of energy from creatine. if your using like NOxplode of sizeON or any of those other mixes, theyre chocked full of sugar,caffeine, b vitamins, and aminos so its no wonder you get a boost off of them.
 
lol yea from what I've read those "prohormones" have the same if not worst side effects of real gear. I'd love to do maybe do a cycle or two but the risks to me just aren't worth it, so I just do it naturally and eat like there's no tomorrow lol.

I've gained 40 lbs in the last two years, it's been a lot of hard work but after a while the lifestyle becomes second nature. Lol at work people joke with me about bringing enough food to work have a picnic lol.

 
I have used creatine on and off the past 2 years. I have tried Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine Gluconate, and Creatine Ethyl Ester.

I hated the monohydrate because it did not dissolve too good. My favorite was the Ethyl Ester in pill forms. I saw gains with all three regardless. I usually take creatine when I am on a strength training program (about 10-12 weeks) and then I don't take it when I move to my next program with higher reps. I see about a 3-4lb loss in water weight pretty quick. But the gains do stay.
