why only take creatine on hard workout days? its not gonna do anything if your muscles arent saturated. take it DAILY.all supplement are good just never over use anything any thing in excessise is bad but yea i say u should be good with whey protein, creatine only on hard work outs , right diet ur diet it like70 % of what u want to be u are what u eat, and lots of multi vitamins to keep ur body strong that should be it
