Anyone use Creatine???

all supplement are good just never over use anything any thing in excessise is bad but yea i say u should be good with whey protein, creatine only on hard work outs , right diet ur diet it like70 % of what u want to be u are what u eat, and lots of multi vitamins to keep ur body strong that should be it
why only take creatine on hard workout days? its not gonna do anything if your muscles arent saturated. take it DAILY.
 
liquid, i was thinking of posting the same thing as i was reading through this whole retarted thread. i was curious if all Blinks friends that ate steak in highschool have liver problems too.

i have been taking creatine for 6 years now and all my physicals have come back fine. my fav is Kaizen mono.

superpump250 did that too me. i know its not creatine, but try switching brands. some can affect you differently than others. sizeON is creatine gluconate (i believe) which is pretty unique, may want to consider that.
i have literally tried 25+ NO supps on the market since NO was introduced and superpump was by FAR the best for me. nothing else even came close to how much that shit opened up my veins. the pumps were massive.

thats like fillin up ur gas ttank everytime u turn it on i dont know how it works for bodybuildeing but i know that for athletes u just wanna take it before long hard work outs

lets make your analogy work. if your car took several days for the gas to reach all the spots it needs to in order to run after you fill up, then yes you would need to fill up every time you turn it on.

Creatine takes time to go through your body. you dont take it and instantly its everywhere it needs to be. thus the reason for the maintnance doses. I.E. every day.

true but every ones body is different some process faster and slower i took mine 1 1/2 hours before games of competiotions and heavy hard long work outs along with protein pre and post only work outs tho
 
plus i dont belive in shoving to much crap in ur body that aint natural . if it has a chance to **** u up it prolly will .i dont belive it causes liver damage. but it can if not done right. but yeah i say eat right sleep right focus on diet and eat again and if ur lookin for body building i dont know much on startagy. but as far as athletisims cardio cardio cardio and sleep diet not much else u can do (steroids are for cheaters) but yeah lots of cardio and weight training works i guess i just take it easy on the creatine ,u know, i seen some guys not take supplement and they are better then some who gobble them down. i think as far as body building . muscle confusion is the best .

that works good but dont be scared of supplement tho they are good just dont excede the amount intake u know

yeah superdump is a popular one. didnt work for me though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif only one that does anything for me is NOxplode, but its all just a waste anyway. they stop working after a week or so.

this just goes to show how these chemicals effect everyones body so different. i tried NOxplode in both pill and powder form and it did NOTHING. no dialation of my veins, no pump. it sucked. interesting comparision though.

 
The guys taking superpump,No xplode, those are just creatine with caffeine and NO, The No is supposed to act like a quick transport system but I never liked it. BSN who make no xplode to me is like JL Audio yes its a good product but its priced to high now and same goes with muscletech who charges so much so they can flood every magazine with theit paid athlete tutorials and try to make you believe Jay Cutler got so big eating Nitrotech haha.

well maybe because an athlete doesnt want 10 extra lbs of water weight, but creatine is not like a car. if you dont saturate your muscles, your just wasting your money.
