Anyone use Creatine???

Skim milk is your friend.
How about soy? I tried it for the first time a few weeks ago and I have to say it's not bad. Tasted just like the smoothies I used to make back when I had my high school job. We used a soy mix for that as well. I'm the type that loves flavor, whether its extra syrup, ketchup, whatever it may be. Not good for me obviously, but sometimes I just can't resist.

Not sure on Soy. I assume it'd be better than whole milk. Don't know the nutrition facts on it though.

Skim milk is 80 calories/8g protein a cup with no fat.

Gonna have to look into skim milk, never tried it. As of late I've been drinking more juices than anything. I like pomegranate juice (not the concentrate stuff). Tried prune juice and it tastes nasty but sure cleans out the system.

The Pomegranate juice is good, I like the way it taste, it's just expensive as hell. It's like 5 bucks for a little bottle around here, so I drink it once and great while.

Yeah i got one at 7-11 for 1.50 (small bottle). Might hit up trader joes or whole foods. they are the main stores here that have organic food.

You FUCKING RETARD. Talk about not having any side affects, either you were born that way or the supplements are making you that way. I went to a NEPHROLOGIST. As defined by Wikipedia, and MANY OTHER sites, a NEPHROLOGIST is is "a physician who has been trained in the diagnosis and management of kidney disease, by regulating blood pressure, regulating electrolytes, balancing fluids in the body, and administering dialysis. Nephrologists treat many different kidney disorders including acid-base disorders, electrolyte disorders, nephrolithiasis (kidney stones), hypertension (high blood pressure), acute kidney disease and end-stage renal disease."
Now, maybe you got confused with NEUROLOGIST, but a neurologist is one who specializes in the field of the nervous system. How the hell do you get FOOT doctor? Someone who specializes in feet is a PODIATRIST. Get your shit right before you even type your next half thought out sentence.

And even though I did not SAY creatine is dangerous, I advised against it because of my experience. And just cos I didn't say it doesn't mean it can't affect the kidneys. If you even had a peanut sized brained and had some form of any knowledge, then you would know that a high creatinine content can cause the kidneys to fail (the same you have shown me the way you fail in life).

As for me not taking it properly, I know how to read (unlike you) and follow directions. I would never take advise from you and would recommend everyone to stay away from your piece of shit advise. End your comments, end your posts, end your day, end your life, because you still can't comprehend shit. Make sure to change your Kotex when you're done reading this.

EDIT: And now you can see how "your the moron".
lol, obviously i need to "dumb down" what i said for you. i was saying A KIDNEY SPECIALIST WONT KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT CREATINE. geez, i thought you could read between the lines on that one. guess not.

oh and its YOU'RE not YOUR, moron //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif i mispelled it before but was too lazy to fix it. YOU'RE just retarded. kthxbi

Haha no I know absolutely nothing. I'm just some idiot who likes to stay healthy and get big the natural way. I'm not some sort of pu$$y who has to resort to hardcore supplements to gain.
*waits for pissed off rant* This ones gonna be fun //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I hear ya though Deerhunt... I've gone from being 5'9 120 pounds last year to around 170 now. People who haven't seen me since highschool think I've been taking roids like crazy. It's awesome to know that it was done all natural with no reliance on that crap though.
well i understand and respect peoples choice to stay natural and/or not "cheat". I, however, do not compete in anything or play any sports. juicing was a choice i made after doing several months of research. ive weighed the pros and cons and decided its worth trying. i get regular blood tests like a good juicer should, so ill know if something going haywire beforehand.
