Anyone use Creatine???

Drinking doesn't totally negate your gains. I am proof.
I know it hurts them, but I still gain enough I am not worried about it.
oh i know. some have it better than others. i personally have great genes so i pretty easily gain muscle. ive kinda hit a platue recently though. i dont think im quite to my physical peak, but i think im close. and thats where the fun comes in //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Did you not understand a word I was saying? I didn't have SEVERE issues with my kidney, but it was beginning to affect them. It was creating a HIGHER creatine content. And I just told you that I went to a nephrologist, a KIDNEY specialist. Obviously they know what they are talking about. Are you questioning their knowledge with your lack of knowledge?
you worded it weird. you made it seem like you HAD problems....when you didnt. and yes im questioning your doc you noob. your one of those gullable tards who will believe anyone just cause they got a PhD or MD right? theyre human just like us, they make mistakes and misjudgements. and everything a regular doc (or anyone not specializing in the area) knows about creatine is only the horror stories you hear about which stemmed from abuse of the supplement.

So why is it that many doctor's advise against it?
better to be safe than sorry right? you ask a doc about taking ANY sup he dont know about, hell advise against it. i guarantee it, give it a try. their license is on the line, thats why //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Never said I know everything, but I'm speaking from experience. A lot of opinions on this website are of what others say, what others can do, not direct experience, which I'm providing.
lol your not proving ANYTHING. you want proof? go read the many medical studies done on creatine monohydrate, then STFU.

its really user dependant man. the only ones really guaranteed to bloat you are dbol and a-bombs. the rest just depend on your body. i just ran a test cycle and didnt bloat at all (and test is one of the ones more known for bloating).
what about deca? cyp. test, and enth. test do in the right doses. test prop is the olny one that does not cause bloat! i've done many many cycles!was 215lbs 5'9" 33" waist and 53" jacket size. 18" arms blau blau..lol test prop test cyp. tren!!!! 18 week cycle. gained 32 lbs{oh and was 12%b/f}

word
and ar-r dont quite sell supps //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif lol
//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif lol - they sell the supps for supps //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

great gains man, how much did you actually keep?

deca for the most should not cause bloat, as for the rest - it is funny to say this, but the best way to cut down on water retention is to actually drink more water - which will cause your body to start releasing the water it was originally retaining. again, different ppl will have different reactions to different supps.

yeah i guess deca is kinda known for that. cyp and enan though often do, but still very frequently dont bloat people. and ive heard of people getting bloated of of prop btw.

congrats on your cycle, sounds like it worked well for you. ill be runnign test + tren in the fall, cant wait.

I'm speaking from MY EXPERIENCE. Are you inbred or are you just that stupid? First you say going to a specialist will know, now you say going to a specialist still wont know. People's bodies react differently. Some people don't face any side affects, others do, as with other supplements. I just shared my experience and why I would advise against it. Just something to think about, I'm not trying to change the world //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

It's pointless talking with you...and I don't see why someone would take advise on working out n' such from someone named "fatryan"

You fail at comprehending a simple point of view from experience and maybe the roids you take have gotten to your head...Proof right there it affects you....or like I said, you were just born stupid.

Why is this thread so long? People love to over complicate creatine.
5g a day, everday 100% monohydrate. Don't waste your money on the hyped up shit. And drink plenty of water.
Just curious, The container of creatine mono that I have says you should be taking 1 - 3 servings of 5g everyday. That would be 5 - 15g. I have been taking 10g and some have been saying it was too much (and quite possibly could be since I am not feeling good from this); so should the average person only take 5g per day? I didn't think I was overdoing it and many sites I have read say "atleast 10g a day"

On other sites, I also read that you should take 10-15g per day everyday.. and 20g on loading phases. I know there are many sites with false information, but 5g per day would be low, wouldn't it?

But hey, I don't really know.. Thanks for your contribution to helping me figure this out lol... I would like the bloating feeling to go away and it is slightly.
