Anyone use Creatine???

Just curious, The container of creatine mono that I have says you should be taking 1 - 3 servings of 5g everyday. That would be 5 - 15g. I have been taking 10g and some have been saying it was too much (and quite possibly could be since I am not feeling good from this); so should the average person only take 5g per day? I didn't think I was overdoing it and many sites I have read say "atleast 10g a day"
On other sites, I also read that you should take 10-15g per day everyday.. and 20g on loading phases. I know there are many sites with false information, but 5g per day would be low, wouldn't it?

But hey, I don't really know.. Thanks for your contribution to helping me figure this out lol... I would like the bloating feeling to go away and it is slightly.
Just listen to your body... if you're in pain or somethings not functioning anywhere near normal (such as your digestive system) then lessen the dosage.

As for roids, anyone who uses them is an absolute retard. I love how some people just want to see results, looks, and strength now and don't care a single bit about how it will affect their body later on in life. If you're taking in extra testosterone your body stops producing it to try to keep the hormone levels just about normal. After you stop your cycle, you'll have a lack of testosterone, which inhibits the production of estrogen. Without the negative feedback from the testosterone your estrogen levels will rise. Thats why I've heard so much about people getting off roids and forming b1tch tits. lol

 
I have been tempted to try a cycle of roids myself.....

I see how large I have gotten just by busting my *** in the weight room...I have a hard time believing roids would make me much bigger, even though I know they would give me gains.

It probably would man, but why ruin the fact that you can be like "ya, I bench well over 300 pounds and I'm NOT on roids".

you do pose a good point to which I will say this - PCT - POST CYCLE THERAPY - which is getting your natural production of test back in order - those you speak of who did not have their PCT in place prior to beginning their cycle and did no PCT are the retarded ones you speak - I know of plenty of people who have had tremendous results and no side effects from steroids.

 
I'm speaking from MY EXPERIENCE. Are you inbred or are you just that stupid? First you say going to a specialist will know, now you say going to a specialist still wont know. People's bodies react differently. Some people don't face any side affects, others do, as with other supplements. I just shared my experience and why I would advise against it. your the moron. you gonna go to a foot specialist for your kidneys? thought not. yes, their are rare sides. there are with everything. but dont go telling everyone the shits dangerous cause YOU had problems with it. i highly doubt you even used it right, thats why you had problems.

I believe the loading phase is useless and its really a marketing gimmick. I recommend from personal experience and from other experience lifters that 5g a day will do the trick. 15G a day seems excessive. You may try 10g a day, just play around find which works best for you.

Now, maybe you got confused with NEUROLOGIST, but a neurologist is one who specializes in the field of the nervous system. How the hell do you get FOOT doctor? Someone who specializes in feet is a PODIATRIST. Get your shit right before you even type your next half thought out sentence.

And even though I did not SAY creatine is dangerous, I advised against it because of my experience. And just cos I didn't say it doesn't mean it can't affect the kidneys. If you even had a peanut sized brained and had some form of any knowledge, then you would know that a high creatinine content can cause the kidneys to fail (the same you have shown me the way you fail in life).

As for me not taking it properly, I know how to read (unlike you) and follow directions. I would never take advise from you and would recommend everyone to stay away from your piece of shit advise. I hear ya though Deerhunt... I've gone from being 5'9 120 pounds last year to around 170 now. People who haven't seen me since highschool think I've been taking roids like crazy. It's awesome to know that it was done all natural with no reliance on that crap though.

 
Deer meat, turkey, chicken, and fish, and vegetables, FTMFW. Tangerines are good too, only thing i really drink is alot of water and orange juice. Once and awhile I drink some milk or a few beers on the weekend.

Gear is not cheating, almost all the people who use it are in a federation that does not test. If you were to compete against someone who has used it and you have not then you can call it cheating.

Its a personal choice, it should not be bashed, anybody on gear has to workout just as hard as a natural does. It is your choice to be a "Natural", you would expect everyone to respect that decision, I my myself am a natty and bust my *** of in the gym day in and day out and the gains come slow and steady.

When it comes to gear:

There's a difference between use and abuse.
