anyone run Vega VMax?

looking for the best econosubs for a multi (4) sub install. Was leaning towards the RSD but in this case aesthetics are important and the VMax has a sexy cone/basket, and the price is right @ 2 for 150.

But Id be a dummy to consider looks/price>performance so if anyone has a review Id love to hear it. Thanks in advance

Yeah, my boy has one 12" vMax.. it pounds. There not bad subs at all.. Cerwin Vega makes good quality products. If your getting 2-4 of them. It will be HELLA loud.

I heard one of the 12" vmax's and it was loud so I cant imagine 4

I have mine in a small sealed box and it pounds and actually sounds very good. I know what SQ is, and believe it or not it blends very nicely with my Zapco 360.4 and Focal K2P Upgraded componets.

I think it's quite a complement to say that my 12in $80 sub can keep up with my $1200 front stage. I have 900W RMS @ 1ohm going to it for about a year now and it's holding up fine.

My friend has his in a ported box and it brings SPL to a whole different level, but it sounds worse.
