Seems like a pretty good deal. Im looking for some nice clean sounding bass. Going to go into a Ford Expedition so weight or space is not a concern. Im wondering if 2 of these would be comparable to one w7? Also whats good amp to look for? How many ohms and watts? Thanks guys

the website you posted states the impedance and the power handling. so basically if you are going to purchase the sub, and an amp to match it. you would look for an amp that meets or exceeds the power handling at the desired impedance..........................

Do some searching for budget subs. AQ SDC's are very nice for the $$$. Also look into MACH5 and FI....

I'll go one more and give you a very solid budget set up:

AQ 1200D amp

2 SDC2.5 subs either 12" or 15".

AudioQue site has prices, etc....

From what I've heard they are pretty nice subs... Hard to be at $200 shipped.

although I have never heard the sdc2.5s, I think it would be hard to be a better sounding woofer than the G5.... IMO one of the best sounding subs I have heard, and can get pretty loud as well.

thats actually a hell of a nice sub, they pound and sound great doing it, but theres still better 2 be had 4 that price..even if it is buy 1 get 1

Those do have one nice feature-

"SPS (Soft Part System): The woofer has a removable assembly which allows you to swap interchangeable parts to make a different configuration, or service the woofer in the field.
