Yea, i emailed him a few times, not flames or anything, but i did email him.

he blocked my email and said that i have been reported for harassing him through email, but i didnt harass him, i sent him 3 emails, none threatening or anything. so i got on my other email adress and told him i wasnt afraid of any police because last time i checked we were having a conversation, and 3 emails is far from harassing him, so i didnt really care about that.

i was gonna post up my emails, but i didnt have time to organize them and stuff, but i sopose i can later. its actually pretty funny shit. he claims to be some big shot salseman and here he is basically showing the world how much of an *** he is.

any way, i try to help. lol. ill get those up some time later. i didnt even know this thread had been updated untill now....

I called the officer to read him the email I sent Ladd asking if my warranty is still there and if my lug is going to be shipped...he told me to wait for Ladd's response and that "Jared Garcia" is really making Ladd mad and that I need to get him to stop because Ladd is going crazy. Good stuff right there.

Sounds like you have resolution if he still warrants the rims and gets you the lug...good to hear man.

I guess the only unresolved item is the fact that he posted your credit card info on ebay...that still gives you a chance to hang him if you need to.

Rack up another one for the customer...d!cks scamming people on the internet make it harder for other sellers as well as buyers. The more often there are consequences...hopefully the less of this crap there will be. (I know thats a pipedream)

OK, Its a bit rediculous that he would say Im harassing him that much. I wasnt rele harassing, just calmly telling him the truth of whats going on. some times i got a bit carried away, but you can read.....

Please rember that I have obtained "all" the evidence I need to show to authorities of dates and times that Kenny posted all of my personal information up on the Internet "before" I did anything and I did it only in retaliation. You need to sit back and read all of the "threatening" emails I have from Kenny Pollock. I have not threatened him or his family one time and if they tell you I have, then they are lying through their teeth. The only thing I have threatened is that I have obtained an attorney to take them to Court because they keep sending me "non-stop" emails and he has contacted all of his buddies to email and harass me as well which I have all recorded emails of. Trust me, what ever you can pull up on me, then theirs 2 times going the opposite way against Mr. Pollock. He has said more things then you could imagine while this whole time I have told him to stop emailing my company and leave us alone. He has not honored this request and continues to harrass, so in return I have blocked his and his friends email address's which will be recorded in the case file as well. Kenny sent me an email yesterday saying "Look what I've done with your personal information Ladd, and I've posted it all over the interenet". --- He's probably gone a head and taken it off, but the only reason I did what I did on ebay is because he emailed me and stated he had posted all of my personal information and phone#'s and everything on a website and thats the only reason I did what I did. I'm sure a Judge or who ever will start putting all the pieces together and see that Mr. Pollock has been the "instagater" in this circumstance and not me. I've never had a problem like this with any customer before, and he has been complaining to my company since the day he has contacted us. I can show you him emailing us over 15 times daily, which is exsesive, and my phone records show how many times he has called my company in 1 week "after recieving his products" and made harassing phone calls. YOu may want to think that their is 2 sides to every story, and remember that the innocent aren't always the way they try to proclaim. I have gathered all the evidence, emails and statements I need for legal counsel. His Mother even started calling us "*** holes" on the phone, but I'm sure you only heard the side about how we called her a name, right? I am always honest and professional with everyone I meet and who I am in contact with, until they do or say something which pushes me over the edge of being the nice guy. From day one, Mr. Pollock has been the type of person who would set anyone off, he has made threatening remarks, we have recorded phone calls and everything. My company has always charged sales tax, and I have the legal right to charge sales tax from the local state government. If you disagree with what I'm telling you, feel free to contact the state of Utah and pull up every transaction which Wholesale Rims has made, we have claimed at the end of each year and paid tax on. If I didn't claim my orders, then their would be no reason for charging tax. If ebay didn't allow companies to charge tax, then I don't think they would have an itemized line on their check out invoice for companies to charge tax. I have a valid company and tax id and sellers permit registered in the State of Utah and its not under the name Wholesale rims. Please understand I have blocked your email as well, because this is the 3rd person from Kenny who has contacted to harass me and I'm not sure who to trust. Thanks

he obtained your personal information LEGALLY, information he got from the BBB, and that is completely legal. you own a business, and your business information is far different than personal information. You posted his credit card number, something you obtained through a business transaction. NOT LEGAL.
You want him to stop Emailing you and leave him alone? thats tue, but you also want him to pay this extra 'sales tax'. He will leave you alone when you give him what he deserves. thats just him though. now he has hundreds of people behind him, including police and your state government, so i doubt giving him what he deserves is enough for them at this point.

You are NOT being honest and professional Ladd. you know that. I work in retail to and you know that you have to kiss a customers ***. even if he took the first step (which isnt true since you first asked for the extra 'sales tax') you have to relax and talk calmly, no matter what the circumstances. dont call your self a business man, your a descgrase to wholesalers/retailers everywhere.

and back the the facts - you demanded a 'tax' that is not only not existant, you did this after the transaction was completed. you stated that 'all of your business on ebay is subject to this tax', well it wasnt on ebay, and he dosent have to pay it. thats a fact. you have him a total bill, you gave him the final price, he payed it. what else is there? nothing.

and we know you have done this with others. your little plan of 'oh, i forgot about the tax' after the transaction is made. that is why people care lad, that is why we are harassing you. we are standing up for all of the scammed people, and now we want justice.

I wasnt trying to pick fights, i wasnt getting upset, yet he kept thowing insults when i was stating facts. he needs to be caught, now.
