When you talk to the cops about him posting your info and credit card# on ebay direct the cops to this page to reach ebay's FIT (Fraud Investigations Team):

This is one of the most intruiging threads I've read on any forum in a long time. It literally gets better, the longer you read, unlike the ones that turn into a flame-war, then a cool-down into oblivion.

voanightmare has contacted me via AIM and got this whole eBay thing worked out. If anything happens out of this, his eBay account is getting suspended. A quick look in the database to match the IPs of both accounts and he is OUTTA HERE! His whole business is from eBay. With no feedback, he can't sell anything.

I'm actually just amazed at how this guy has acted. Its one thing to scam somebody but its a whole nother thing to threaten them when getting called out on the table. We've all be scammed, nobody likes it, and tonight I just happen to have alot of free time so I'm willing to help out. The level that this guy went to just set me off...nobody needs to be treated like that for trying to get a just deal!

I wish I could just sell these rims or send them back to him for a full refund... I would go pay premium price to buy a set of spinners from the guys a block away who heard my whole story and called places to help me find the lug I needed.

Next time before you try getting your ****ing nose into someone elses business, you may want to think twice if this matter concerns you. Next time before you email someone with your bullshit, you may want to think of the consiquences. I could care less about your little "unwanted" opinion about sales tax. Legally we can charge sales tax, so we do. I do it because I can, and that is that. Hope you enjoy this nice little Christmas Gift for reminding you to "MYOB", mind your own **** business. Please don't email me, this is your last warning before harassment charges will be filed. We do not need or want your unsolicited information. You couldn't be less helpfull. Before I listen to a "no one", I am going to obey the legal document I recieved from my local state government which is requiring my business to charge sales tax on all internet sales. YOu need to call them and give them your little unsolicited advice. They have been coming down very hard on internet companies lately to charge sales tax and we claim tax on every transaction we make. Not to mention the wheels we purchase we are charged a sales tax and have every legal right to charge our customers this sales tax. Its our freedom and this is the legal power and right we have. Jason, I will contact the owner of your company tomorrow and let him know that you have been harassing my company and to closely consider this.

What do you need from me?? Yes my company charges sales tax on all of our orders, and ebay makes this very convienent for all companies who charge sales tax by adding it to their ebay invoices on the itemized line where you charge clients tax. We have an agreement with the State of Utah and claim all orders and pay taxes. Feel free to view the invoice ebay sends all their members. I don't think they would have this on their if it wasn't suppose to be an option. Good luck with what ever you do. Thanks

He told me he sent me a different set of spinners because the ones I wanted were "disconitinued" thats the same thing he told Kenny. Kenny ordered a specific spinner and he got another one that he didn't want. He shipped us "better" spinners because "I personally feel they will look great on that rim". He also told Kenny his were disconitinued and then later told him that they are sold out and he will send him a new set in a few MONTHS for free.
