ps....Kenny just noticed he has your CC#, expiration, and ccv# on the ebay auction...I'm sure its your cancelled one but be sure to advise the cops of that too. Credit card number schemes send people to the pokey for long periods of time as well.

Well...it looks like you *should have* paid what is called a "Use Tax"

However, if he never disclosed said tax in the original agreement..I don't think he is at liberty to force you into paying it.

Snova...after reading that "use tax" page I understand that to be when a company purchases products tax-free using their EIN to prove they are business, if they use those goods in support of their business instead of reselling the items, the company has to pay the "use tax" on those purchases.

Shouldn't apply to Kenny here at all.

Kenny, also have the police ask Ladd for his EIN number when they call you back. Advise them that you suspect that he is committing Tax Fraud and you want his EIN to verify that but you are too scared to contact him for it directly after what has happened.

If he doesn't have an EIN, you and Raiseden need to get your emails together where it shows him requesting moneys specifically for "Tax" and contact the IRS and have them light his *** up!
