Anyone know a lawyer?

HAHA, morning response!

nce will be over-whelming. I'm just trying to run a business, you have your items and you need to leave us alone. You keep telling different people to contact us with their lame opinions, and it needs to stop. I have saved all their names and they will be summoned when we take this to the District Attorney. You tried to tell people "lies" that I threatened you and your family, what a bunch of bull ****. I never said one threatening thing to you for the last 2 weeks except that I will be talking with my company attorney's to file a lawsuit against you which is no lie and no threat. The police already know that you are trying to build up "false accusations" and they said you can alter or change emails anyway you want, but until you find some cold hard evidence and facts, then your lies will never stick. I can promise you one thing, anything I have done which is contested, you have done 2 times worse. The only reason the listing was made by my friend on ebay is because you sent me that email which stated: "Hey Ladd, check out this I put on the web about you and your company" "YOu are going to pay for what you have done" "Here is all your personal information and things so everyone knows everything about you" -- Do you remember saying this stuff Kenny? Well, just like any normal person in retaliation I asked my friend to post your personal information. I told you that anything you tried to do to me, could be done back to you. I'm not sure who you think you are dude, but your not some special super hero or what ever you dream you might be. I can promise you that one thing is definately not a lie, and thats my "money", and I can promise you that my money can purchase me the best attorney and the best case I need to build to hold you responsible for what you have done and said to me and my company. All because you didn't feel you needed to pay sales tax which I have have the legal right to charge my customers as a company. Please keep having your buddies contact me and harass me, I would love to put their name on this list to waste their time in court as well. Little do you know, your getting all these people involved, who probably don't even have the time to go to court for your sorry butt.

my mom happens to be married to one... why do you ask?

oh ****, do i have to read all of this?
To make a long story short...He bought rims from this guy (Ladd Murdock). It stated in the eBay that there was tax included but he didn't buy it through eBay, it was a private thing. Anyways...Kenny specificly asked him "oh so the total is so and so" and Ladd Murdock replied by saying yes your total is this and shipping is this. He paid and got his rims. Then a week later Ladd Murdock replies to him saying that he "forgot" to add sales tax to the total so he goes on by trying to take the "tax money" out of Kenny's bank account (kenny paid by cc) but the bank denied it. Now Kenny is taking this to an extreme since Ladd tried ****ing him over. This also happened to me with the same guy.

I asked you plenty of times to stop emailing me, but here you go again... you don't think me not replying was a sign or anything? Guess not.

I have not fixed the bolt, waiting for a guy on eBay whose selling the same piece to reply to me about it. My original email said my screw broke and got stuck in the lug and that I would pay for a new one if you could get me a new one. This was the email I sent a few days before you requested tax from me.

I didn't tell anyone to email you for anything... what people do is out of my hands. If people feel the need to send you email(s) regarding the situation then so be it... whatever you do with it is your choice. If you follow the forum thread you will see that many people dislike your business practices... every person has the right to their own opinions.

You threatened my family, my house, and my car. You sent me emails saying you were going to "get on my level" supposably and get a Floridian thug to steal my rims and you were going to post my information on a site where they go after people with valuables in the house. I can gather the emails for you if you'd like.

I've never said you're going to pay for what you've done... I remember Ernesto saying that however. I never said here's your personal information and things so everyone knows about you... I said I thought you would like to know that I created a website to warn people about how you scammed me. Before you even hit that reply button, please do not send me an email about how you're not scamming me. After you received payment from Ernesto you "forgot to charge sales tax" to him as well. I spoke with officer Paul Gardiner last night and filed a report against you, I'll be happy to give you the case number if you'd like. He's awaiting my bank statement where you charged tax without unauthorization by me which should arrive before the 30th of the month before he submits the police report to the district attorney's office. If you think this is a joke, it's not. Your more than welcome to call your city's local police department.

Your email stated that YOU posted my personal information to the eBay auction, not your friend... please do not try and change things around. Either way, friend or not, my credit card information (by the way, it was cancelled the morning before you posted the information) was posted on an eBay auction where YOU must of sent it to your friend. The police officer luckily viewed the eBay auction before I requested it to be pulled from the site. FYI eBay is looking into any connection between the two accounts and I forwarded the email where you said YOU posted my information in an eBay auction.

I never claimed to be some "super hero" but with my mother's permission I'm legally pursuing this matter. You had no right to charge tax without authorization, and if it really was "for the state" you could've reported me to the local tax office saying I refused to pay. That's what the police officer told me, he said you could've handled it the legal way and what you did was considered FRAUD.

I don't care what your money can buy, I don't about your top-notch attorneys. It's getting old real quick Ladd. The police officer had me hang up the phone with him for about an hour to lookup the tax laws regarding internet sales and he confirmed what I figured all along: no tax laws over the internet are in place, not even for the state of Utah. They're actively TRYING to get the laws in place, but have not succeeded in doing so to date.

May I please have the name of this top-notch attorney please?

Thank you, Ladd.

Thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I hope this all works out...

wow after reading that, all i can say is good job. probably 99.9 percent of people would just pay the tax and get screwed, but you stuck up for yourself and hopefully your actions will result in this guy going to jail. nice job //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Thanks. There was a time when I thought about paying the tax.. but after raisedin told me he tried the same thing on him... I got frustrated. Why should everyone (myself included) have to get ripped off to get this prick off our back?

okay, i just read 20 pages so i just wanted to post. thats all. but man im glad you are takin action to if anything, raise awareness about this guy. I ahve a strong feeling that you will most likely get all of your money back and then some. Make him pay for the lug once you do buy it, because it is needed for the installation of the product, as he sent you a broken part. This guy will go down in the book si'm sure as the police have started to have a full size department for internet fraud all in itself.
