Anyone install on a Charger?

I'm going to be installing an Alpine MRP-M1000 and Fi SSD in my friend's Charger. But the electrical system in the LX cars are nightmares! It took us 3 days and 3 different capacitors from Radioshack to get his HID "plug and play" kit working. Same company I got mine from, but apparently the LX cars have a "pulsating" charging system. I really don't know much about it. I know the battery is located in the trunk. He already has an Alpine DVA-310 head unit so RCAs will be used like normal, instead of a LOC.

I'm just wondering if there is anything special I need to do to hook up the power wire and where is a good ground spot. He ordered a 4 gauge power wire kit from KnuKonceptz, I gave him my old Monster RCAs and my old 2.0 cube box tuned to 32hz. Can I just hook up the power wire to the rear battery and fuse like normal?

Thanks guys. Yeah the plug and play kit already had the relays installed on the harness but still didn't work. The mfgr had me wire in a small capacitor and it blew two, 3rd one worked for almost a year, but now one of his bulbs is going out. Most of the time it is off but sometimes it flickers on. I'm going to talk to the mfgr and see what they say. I'm glad the sub install shouldn't be a problem though.
