anyone here lift?

why don't you just bench? its more weight and you will see better results.. pushups don't give you a whole lot.. you are gaining stamina though.. and getting your heart rate up to burn calories..
i heard doing benchs get you shorter..plus im short already haha.....lol....but i would like to do that thoug..

 
how old are you? and its not like you are squatting? they say if you are still growing lifting can stunt your growth.. I have never heard any bs about reversing it lol..
im 17....supposeably guys stop growing at the age of 18 myabe 19..so yea...but thats what i heard thoug..so thats why i stick with push ups and crunches..

Thats my cardio. Get a real nice one and I can get my tricep workout in too.

Currently on a stack of HGH, d-bol, and armidex.

I'd highly recommend. Works wonders.

Im taking creatine monohydrate and protein right now.

Ive gained a few pounds in about 3 weeks of taking that combo.
