Anyone have any experience with hdc3 subs?

Do you even understand how much bass that is? IMO, that's too much bass for daily. You could blow your eardrums with 4 Cvx12's on 3000watts in a SUV. It will hit too hard. Have you even heard the Audioque HDC3. I think you'd like SD.2 better for actually enjoying music. Hopefully someone will back me up on this?
Shut up old man, its never too loud //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Not all of us old men are afraid to get loud //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I'm not afraid and definitely not old. Just trying to help. Not bragging, but I do have a 2008 1st place SPL trophy. I seen dummies destroy their ears with inferior setups compared to the one you suggested. It's a great setup for comps, but not daily. You might as well put a 747 jet engine in the car with you. I've sat in cars with similar setups and no one could take it without earplugs. Everyone jumped right out as soon as the first bass note hit, and most of those guys competed. You will be deaf with that setup. Internet gangster, you will downgrade! It can be too loud. Why do you think people wear ear protection while listening to bass or shooting guns. Think about it?
