Anyone ever had a successful workout/diet?

believe it or not all i did was stop drinking soda and stop eating chips o hoy and oreo's and i lost 12lbs before i even starting exercising. just dont eat as much of the junk you eat now and it should be a breeze. and dont have crap food in the house and you are less likely to want it becuse its not there. and of course NEVER go food shopping when you are hungry. youll buy crap you would never buy if you were not hungry,and whos gonna end up eating it anyway.....you.
Yep, ESPECIALLY soda!!! If you drink it regularly, STOP! I know people who have lost 20+ pounds over a summer by just not drinking soda ( and normal exercise), To bulk up, work out and get yourself some 100% whey protein from a GNC or something, good natural stuff.

 
Macbethpoe, about 5 months ago i was 230 pounds... and now today im around 179-180.. so thats what? 50 pounds lost.. what i did was.. i took Stackers 3 for awhile. lost about 10 pounds on them.. then i started to take Leptopril its the offbrand of leptoprin.. you can get like 90 capsils. for 37 bucks at walmart it works well it craves your appetite.. but too me it didnt seem like it did.. i ate anything i want .. i mean ANYTHING. and i still lost weight.. it works.. i know i didnt do anything different. i didnt even workout or excercise at all. lol

Are you talking about diet pills? Or something like TRIMSPA BABY!?!?!

 
Atkins. Cut out the carbs completely. I went in to ketosis in 3 days stayed on for an additional 8 days and lost 10 pounds. so 11 days and 10 pounds lost. Not to bad IMO.

Now I'm starting to lift again and I think I'm gianing the weight back as muscle. Only took 2 weeks of lifting to increase my muscle mass what would normally take about 3 months.

I think I'm eating to much protien:)

Serious though, If you have will power Atkins is where it is at.

 
wow that is impressive if it's true, 10 pounds in 11 days. So you just cut out ALL carbs?
Yep. For the first 3 days you cut out all carbs only eating meats, fish, eggs, and some chesse's that are carbless. As soon as your body switches in to ketosis you can limit the carbs to 5-20 a day. I stayed at 3 a day. Only at steak, fish, eggs, chicken, and a couple other little things like sourcream, green olives, mustard, and salsa.

The best 100% productive diet I have ever done. As long as you dont cheat it will work.

Individual results may be different. I am in pretty good shape. But 2 of my boys started when I did and lost about the same amount. They are still on it right now. Cuz there a bit large. But they each have lost over 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

 
ive been working out for 6 years played football, i have done all the strength routines as well as all the other one that promote a healty body. The best one i have found which is the one i am currently using the the Body for Life workout. http://www.body4life.com, its purpose is developing lean body mass. go to the website and check it out and look at the gains people have made it is unbelieveable...i lost weight and bench more...i weigh 200 and can bench 315x5, since starting the workout i am alot more defined than i have ever been.

 
Stop the soda!!! look in that can of coke at least 42 grams of carbs from sugar. AHHH!!! white death!!!

Serious soda = death.

Diet soda has no carbs, but you will want to limit yourself to no more than one a day, because of the sodium and Aspartame...
