Yep, ESPECIALLY soda!!! If you drink it regularly, STOP! I know people who have lost 20+ pounds over a summer by just not drinking soda ( and normal exercise), To bulk up, work out and get yourself some 100% whey protein from a GNC or something, good natural stuff.believe it or not all i did was stop drinking soda and stop eating chips o hoy and oreo's and i lost 12lbs before i even starting exercising. just dont eat as much of the junk you eat now and it should be a breeze. and dont have crap food in the house and you are less likely to want it becuse its not there. and of course NEVER go food shopping when you are hungry. youll buy crap you would never buy if you were not hungry,and whos gonna end up eating it anyway.....you.
Macbethpoe, about 5 months ago i was 230 pounds... and now today im around 179-180.. so thats what? 50 pounds lost.. what i did was.. i took Stackers 3 for awhile. lost about 10 pounds on them.. then i started to take Leptopril its the offbrand of leptoprin.. you can get like 90 capsils. for 37 bucks at walmart it works well it craves your appetite.. but too me it didnt seem like it did.. i ate anything i want .. i mean ANYTHING. and i still lost weight.. it works.. i know i didnt do anything different. i didnt even workout or excercise at all. lol
Yep. For the first 3 days you cut out all carbs only eating meats, fish, eggs, and some chesse's that are carbless. As soon as your body switches in to ketosis you can limit the carbs to 5-20 a day. I stayed at 3 a day. Only at steak, fish, eggs, chicken, and a couple other little things like sourcream, green olives, mustard, and salsa.wow that is impressive if it's true, 10 pounds in 11 days. So you just cut out ALL carbs?
