Got a class A felony for having a knife longer then 6 inches in my high school year just because we had planned to catch a fake *** foo after school.
I was high *** **** and kept falling asleep in class so i walked out.. well principals got called and when they saw me i ran (stupid choice). Kept running and finally i got tired and said **** it. They took me and searched me and **** hit the fan....

(I was a **** up anyways and deserved what i got)

Went to court and got a guilty with the chance of 2-10 years in federal penitentary. My lawyer got me down a little and got probation for 5 years.. 2 months after they found out about the gang threats and found me in the middle about to fight in a neighborhood right by the school.

Revoked my p.o and sat in the state pen at east garza for 2 years and released on paroll for good behaviour and because we had a retrial.

2 years later got off paroll for never failing my **** test and keeping up with my check ups. Now grew up and have a kid and wife..

I don't get why you need your license to drive why can't you just tell them your name and they look up your drivers license to see if it's valid? Or can those cop laptops do that?

your name only pops up if your in the police system(been to jail before, have warrant) if not then your non existent to them
