*chuckle* I guess so. My car really has to work hard with the air on though. I think I came out ahead. Going slow was a pain though, but I know I saved some mileage that way.

when your a teen and you don't have a job or only work a couple days a week trying to enjoy life it kinda sucks. So shut up acting like it doesn't matter. I'm 19 and don't really want to work 5 days a week 8 hours a day because i will have to be doing that in my near future, right now i just want to enjoy life and not work my *** off because after i start a career.... guess what? Ill have to work 5 days a week 8 hours a day until im 62. So, yeah, it sucks for some people. Maybe if you got a good job, it doesnt really matter so much.

Yeah, I'm 17, got a job, paid for my 2000 dollar "music box" (car), pay my insurance every 6 months, pay for my own gas, and still have time with my girlfriend, life, friends, and also budget a kick *** system.

If I was 19 I would be in college OUT OF MY HOUSE and away from my parents. (Which I love dearly)

I don't understand why you wanna start from scratch when your going to need to pay off bills right then, when you could be saving up for times in need. I mean I HAVE to give my mom 100 bucks a week from my paycheck so she could put it in my bank just in case I get in an accident or just saving for insurance.

You need to get your priorities in line, and if you have none, you better realize living off paycheck by paycheck may not always be the best thing.

No. it's a choice you can make when your young. Don't you agree? It may sound lazy but im not lazy, i just don't want to work when i don't have to pay bills right now. Its a different story when i have to pay bills for everything. Im getting a job soon though so i can get a new car, but for now the money will just go to gas. YEAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!

Only driving habits I've changed is I shift at lower RPMS (2500 instead of 3k). I drive a Yaris so economy is already pretty **** good.
