Anyone else Drive like a Granny due to Gas Prices?

And I used to be such a speed demon.. Now on the interstate I drive 65-75:crap: the interstate where I live is 75. On normal streets I drive 5 under but if someone is behind me I'll go the speed limit.

It really does amaze me how fast everyone still drives on the interstate. I'll see trucks with big *** campers on the back zip right past me on the freeway every night going about 85.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

Nope, I keep a consistent 5 mph above still. Except in the Upper Peninsula where I do 10-15 above.

Use to average about 90mph on the interstate, with the gearing/mileage in my truck I do try to keep it at 75mph now. Not because I want to save gas money, but instead because I'm a tree hugging hippy and think Al Gore is right, we are burnin up the planet man.

I bought a 95 accord to save gas,turns out my Scion tc gets better millage

oh well atleast I will keep the miles down on the tc, plus the plant I work at is rough, if you walk out side you will have mud/dirt all over your shoes

when i have subs i drive slower because the added 400lbs definitly doesnt help mileage. not to mention the 140hp dragging almost 5,000lbs doesnt really work well for speed.

I'm able to get 35 - 37 MPG on my dash gauge taking it easy with AC off in the GTI - so I've been taking it pretty easy since I started paying $4.35 a gallon for 93 octane.

80+ on the free way no mater what the speed limit is.. for me..

but as far as off the highway/interstate. 1-5 above the speed limit..
