No. it's a choice you can make when your young. Don't you agree? It may sound lazy but im not lazy, i just don't want to work when i don't have to pay bills right now. Its a different story when i have to pay bills for everything. Im getting a job soon though so i can get a new car, but for now the money will just go to gas. YEAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!

My parents didnt buy me stuff, I worked and got it myself. Hell yes its a choice you can make when you are 19. If you dont have to pay bills, work to save money. Go out with friends. Help your parents buy buying your own crap. Take a girl out to somewhere besides Chili's.

I'm driving a little ugly *** escort. Manages me around 28 mixed with bad tires, need of an oil change, old spark plugs, and god knows what else. Once I get the sumbish tuned up, I'll be fine.

Working since I was 17, haven't had a single thing paid for me since. Minus holidays and such. It's a pain in the ***, but rewarding.

As for gas. I just drive slower. Two trips to Cleveland for concerts, not a bit over 60. Took a little longer, but I got **** good mileage. I drive easier, try turns with a bit more momentum, etc.

I've found going to middle grade helps my car, and for a 1.20 more a tank, I can't justify not getting it.

I drive like I stole my car. Still averaging 25 MPG city, so it doesn't bother me to much. With my truck, I just don't drive it unless I have to, which has been quite a bit lately, since there has been a lot of flooding. Meh, that's why I drive/own a Honda.

I get just about 28~30 mpg redlining and hauling *** on a daily basis.

I still drive the same for the most part............the same since I matured a few years ago. I used to drive like a jack *** and my record showed it and almost lost my DL a couple times. So finally learned, but I still don't do the speed limits now. I usually do 75 on interstate in a 65mph zone and usually 5 over on back roads, unless I am behind someone. I also don't pass anymore on back roads, which I always used to do.

I have had a spotless record for years now.

Also I have tried the granny a couple times in my car and only noticed maybe 20 miles difference than when I drive like I always drive. So, not enough to warrent to always drive like a grandma.

i hope Monday I'll be picking up my brand new Civic Hybrid....it was suppose to been here yesterday....it will ne nice getting 40+mpg.....for a change.....going from 400hp to 130hp will ****...but doubling the mpg will be nice.....

i'm still talking to one last sales guy trying to work a final deal up I talked to him earlier today.......if i don't get a deal soon...I'm gonna put a system back in my Tacoma...and most of my stuff back on my truck....I'm wanting a regular cab Tundra...I like all the room behind the seat....for car audio stuff....of course....

So if you like the car audio behind the seat, then what the heck do you want a regular cab for? I would get the crew cab myself. The bigger the better in that instance.
