Anyone else Drive like a Granny due to Gas Prices?

i find it ammusing how people are up in arms about spending a few hundred bucks per year more, but then you see them buy a couple thousand per year on senseless bullsh!t. fvck, i spend probably 15 per week, 60 per month on energy drinks or bottled water, only i don't hear anyone complaining because coca cola sells rockstar for 5 times the cost of a coke. a gallon of fvcking bottled water costs almost as much as a gallon of gas. a gallon of milk was 4.00 when gas was in the 3 per gallon area. the second something turns political, people flock to it like a headless chicken. it's a cute game, but i'd rather not play. if they'd just let the market take care of prices, we'd be just fine.

i dont exceed 2000 RPM. I can get to 65 mph without doing so. It takes about 10 minutes but I'm savin gas.

its funny cuz i now barely touch the gas pedal when i don't have to. I do about 70 also. I just blew 35 bucks in 5 days this week. I am so pissed off right now. Its really rediculous.

I still drive as fast as I used to. I just don't drive as much as I used to though. If someone wants to go somewhere I make them pick me up and I ride with them instead of burnen my gas lol.

when your a teen and you don't have a job or only work a couple days a week trying to enjoy life it kinda sucks. So shut up acting like it doesn't matter. I'm 19 and don't really want to work 5 days a week 8 hours a day because i will have to be doing that in my near future, right now i just want to enjoy life and not work my *** off because after i start a career.... guess what? Ill have to work 5 days a week 8 hours a day until im 62. So, yeah, it sucks for some people. Maybe if you got a good job, it doesnt really matter so much.

I'm 19 and don't really want to work 5 days a week 8 hours a day because i will have to be doing that in my near future, right now i just want to enjoy life and not work my *** off because after i start a career.... guess what? Ill have to work 5 days a week 8 hours a day until im 62. So, yeah, it sucks for some people. Maybe if you got a good job, it doesnt really matter so much.

Thats sounds lazy man. I've been busting my *** working ever since I could legally work(16) Working is just a part of life. Are you going to school?

Ive been working since I was 14 so I could afford stuff, I didnt have mom and dad buy me a car, pay for insurance, gas, stuff. Its part of life, sooner you learn it, better off you will be.

And with that attitude, your "career" will just be a 9-5 job, and nothing more.

Also, with a 9-5 you better plan on working till your 75 or more, cause social security will be little more than a bad memory, and your going to have to support yourself till your 90+ based on current life expectancies.
