Alright guys. Riddle me this for all of those defending, and telling me off, and saying people are busy. Here is the PM I had to send Adam earlier today (which he has been on since, and not read)


What do you guys think about that. That was sent at 11:08am, and he was on an hour later and did not read. Adam, if you read this, make GOOD on what YOU said.

Got pics? And copies of the thread or email in which he stated the condition?

I'd like to see em. I talk to Adam all the time on AIM and he seems to be a good guy.

This would be a surprise to me.

I no longer have the PM's because I had to clear room to accept PM's. Nothing was done via email, all via PM. I will take pics tonight or tomorrow, and post them. Then you, and anybody else can decide whether I should have paid over $100 for this set. Also, let me add, so people get this out of their head. I am NOT saying Adam is a bad guy. I am saying that this is a bad deal (nothing to do with him on a personal level). If he makes things right on this, I will drop what I am saying now. I have been patient, and very good about this. Which, I am sure he will tell you.

Here are some pics guys. Check them out. You can't tell the through holes on the one speaker, but there is one through the cone, and a tear in the surround.

OUCH! those do look rather serious.. won't affect performance, i dont think.. but still... ouch..

if it makes you feel any better, the tear on the surround can be fixed easy.

yeah i've got a good explanation and it's my jaw dropped the second i opened the link with those pics. i would put my grandmother's grave on the line saying that i did not do that to those speakers. REALLY makes me wish i had pics of them while they were in my car but the only one's i have were from last may. dude honestly that was from shipping i know they weren't packed the most perfect but in all honesty i swear to god those were not done that way by me. if you want 2 people in town that saw them after the 15th of feb. to tell you the same thing they will. i would take them back to the post office and talk to them dude i am dumbfounded with the way they look.

Either way, that's pretty bad ... shipping or not, I don't know.

we have talked via pm a few times. like i said i can have the shop that uninstalled them from my kick panels call you and verify that the day they were shipped they did not look like that. that is shipping issues so why am i penalized for it?? personally take this to pm or email if you want to discuss this further you making it public wasn't needed.

Hey man, This has been taken to PM and you have not responded. What is the deal? You never responded to my PM titled Disagree? I want a refund. Like I said. YOU packed it, YOU charged me shipping with the price, YOU decided how to ship, and that is why YOU are penalized. You haven't proven to me you are honest enough to drop my Paypal dispute so I haven't. If the money isn't in your account, than how would you give it back to me, and when? I don't think going public with this problem after a few weeks is a big deal. I feel this is the way people will help decide. It is a concept of a jury of your peers.
