Yeah, I found the California Boom website, but could not get anymore information on them. Email came back as no such address, and I **** sure aint calling china. But they are built better than I expected for China. Yeah the tinsels are a little on the thin side, but I will only be pushing 400 watts apiece so it shouldn't be a problem. There is a little extra glue in some places, like the screen on the bottom, but nothing a safety pin couldn't take care of. Box is being designed now. I will build it this weekend and post a review. It said peak wattage was 1200. I am going to push 400 to each one, and see just how well they take it. If they blow, at least I have a good basket and motor.

yea looks like they took parts and made some woofers. But they look pretty **** good. Super find for the price.

I'm going to start on the box tonight. Will be 4 cubes at 32 hz. I am going to mount them inverted, and see how it sounds. It it's to big, I am going to put them inside. Also, does anybody have a wiring diagram on how to wire these up for inverted at 4 ohms total. I have one for regular, but not quite sure on the reverse phase for inverted.

I won an auction and the guy sold me 2 for the same price, and then combined shipping, so I only paid like the other $20 for shipping. So I am sorry, I paid $20 a piece + $20 shipping. My bad. And yes you can just search for livewire 12. The guy has like 3 different ones.
