It's a knockoff. The ribs don't go all the way to the cone so they don't serve the same purpose. And the DDs have larger cones.

Just got my pair installed. Powered by my Powerbass atm 600.1d. Amp does 400@2ohms. These little babies have impressed me thus far. Put them in late last night and played them for about 5 minutes just to get a feel of what they sound like. Cant give a full report as of yet but I will say that these subs in this particular enclosure...they have very nice looow end! Very impressive for their size. Going to drive around a bit and give em time to loosen up a bit and report back sometime this weekend. But to sum it up, I will say that it was money well spent with satisfying amount of bass for 6" subs!

Just got my pair installed. Powered by my Powerbass atm 600.1d. Amp does 400@2ohms. These little babies have impressed me thus far. Put them in late last night and played them for about 5 minutes just to get a feel of what they sound like. What enclosure do you recommend for these? I have a pair. I been trying to sell them because I don't need them, because I car a different vehicle. No one seems interested so I might as well use them in the house or try them in the car. Looking for smooth response down to as low as possible
