The build quality on my QSC's is just above and beyond anything I saw in my Behringer stuff.

Another good alternative would be something from Crest:

These are the "lighter" versions of the heavy-duty Crest Pro line - meant for smaller venues and priced accordingly.

From an electronics point of view and performance point of view, the

cheaper EP2500 will probably be almost identical in performance to the RMX2450.

Street price:

$629 for RMX. Ebay price used is about $400.

$349 for EP. Ebay {not many found there}, C-stock $199.

Feel free to spend $400 - $629 for something that can give you the

same overal performance experience as the $199 clone. The QSC

warranty is headache free. I have an RMX2450, I like it, but it's not all that.

I like my PLX much better.

Two C-stock EP2500's for $400 will beat down a single RMX2450 bought used for $400.
