I found a review where the guy set it up the exact way I would, same enclosure and same amp I am using and he hit 145.4db without tweaking things yet. he had a slot ported enclosure and the hifonics brutus amp i'm using.

Really aw, o well, I don't have the money yet, I am waiting for someone to buy my kove with its enclosure for $200 and to buy my night vision scope for $125. Why did you sell you Fi?

And to let u know how u say the Boston acoustics is to expensive I found one for $325 in its enclosure.

I just purchased a SPG555 and will have it paired up with my Alpine pdx 1.1000. This will be installed in two days. I honestly will not have a whole lot to compare it to personally, but I will do my best to share my experience with the setup once it is installed.

Unfortunately i was unable to get my hands on the ported g tuned enclosure, but the one that will be built will be very similar in dimensions as the Boston.

If for some reason forget to stay in touch after the install just hit me up.

Well let me know. because I have heard great things about that sub, I would like to know whether the Fi Q15 or the Boston acoustics spg555 is better, because I can get a spg555 with a sealed enclosure for $350, and i can change it to a ported enclosure down the road.
