Any mini-truckers on here?

There's a pic in my avatar. I love lowered vehicles but it seems to be hit or miss on the ride quality. I've ridden in Rangers with the same drop and low profile tires like mine that rode just like stock, whereas mine is pretty rough and hard to control sometimes. I have nice Monroe sensa-trac shocks from other trucks that allow a full range of motion but the ride still sucks. So sometimes its fun, sometimes I hate it.
You also get to the point where you have to spend tons of money to do anything else to the truck. If you get in the scene, have a vision for the truck so you don't get stuck halfway and waste a lot of money trying to change it up. I'd recommend just a drop, wheels, color matching exterior stuff, and a roll pan. Past that go nuts on the engine and audio. Bags, bodydrop, and $4000 paint jobs aren't for daily drivers as much as some people will try to tell you that. I wouldn't mind getting a $1500 90s Nissan pickup or something else cheap to cut up and have fun bagging, but I wouldn't bag a non-show truck that was otherwise in good shape and worth good money.
What year is your ranger? Also what kind of drop?

3" I-beams and 2" coils

5" flip kit
