Out of those two LOCs what is the diffrence in hooking them up?

And i need a lil help on what to do to install a LOC in my car because i do not want to take the stock HU out of this car. Is it hard? Will i be able to install it having never done it before? Any instructions or is it pretty much self explanatory?

Not exactly my area of expertise ( If I have one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif ) but I can offer a little help. The difference seems to be th LOC offers a time delayed remote turn on lead, from the loc as well. In my experience I have found both brands to work well, maybe with a slight edge going to PAC. As far as installing you can tap the speaker wires in the rear to get your left and right signal, then rca's to the amp. I imagine with the PAC you would need to connect a 12v source as well.
