any deadening i can get at home depot or lowes?

Yeah, I am thinking of going with either SS or Raamat, but not sure what to go with. I will be doing the floors in Fatmat and maybe the roof it it will hold up. Then hitting up the SS or Raamat in the doors, rear deck, trunk. Not big on the sludge myself and I am already looking at months to finish my ride due to my schedule.
Also how much coverage did you get witht the fatmat? And does yours smell at all?
well i used some on my blazer doors so im not sure how much i started with for my accord (maybe 80 sq. ft.?). but i did the entire trunk 1x over and have about 25 sq.ft left, maybe a little less.

no smell whatsoever either. when i did my blazer door it was summer and kinda hot, so i didnt even need a heat gun to get the fatmat on. it stuck with no problem and was holding on fine 3 years later when i sold it the truck. but now when i did my accord its like 40 degrees, so i used a heat gun and im 100% possitive that stuff aint comin off for a good couple years at least lol.

my god! thats like 8!! what a POS forum

anyways, theres an issue with my m2d2 and output so i cant really evalute the deadening just yet. output is very low, im thinking i may have accidently turned on a filter or something...maybe popped a fuse i dunno.

i also installed my SL69s today so thats affecting clarity. as of right now, everything is crystal clear. much better than before. but well see how it changes once i fix the m2d2.

Hard to hide the inside of my trunk lid that's covered in 2-3 layers. And it's a black car that gets very hot in the summer. I've had the door panels off 2-3 times for speaker upgrades/changes and it's all hanging on tight.
Don't have to believe any of us, perhaps you're deading skills are the suxors //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
RAAMAT went on and stayed on for me. I did nothing different for this shit. Like i said, I can only advise on my personal experience. Perhaps I have defective product. In any event that still speaks about the product. I have deadened enough cars to know how to do it. I was th only when in my high school back in 93 that even bothered with dynamat. My experience seems to run parallel with what many other respected members have said of its use. So maybe the truth is it's a 50/50 gamble based on possible quality control of their product. You guys got lucky and we got the shaft. I will not recommend it.
