Any box tips?

i have a Sundown SA10d2 on a memphis PR600. Its in a 1.1ft^3 box tuned to 35 hertz but it seems to just be pushing a bunch of air and not really making bass. any suggestions??

Is the box sealed up well? What kind of vehicle do you have, and what is your box setup?

Its under the back seat of a 2011 silverado. its sealed up well the frame is all mdf then i glassed the outside of the box to seal all the little holes because of the number of angles that i had to put in it to stuff that thing under the seat.

I have built quite a few box but mostly simple ones. any tips you might have would be appreciated.
