What bonds 8" Sonotube to MDF?

What is the best glue to use for bonding concrete form tube to MDF? I'll be using it for a port. I'm a assuming it's Liquid Nails?

Screws an silicone or liquid nails.

Liquid Nails, Amazing Goop or CA glue...though CA glue can be a bit messy if it isn't snug in the hole and you use thick glue and activator. Staple gun goes a long way to secure it in place as well.

I just used Titebond wood glue then used caulk around the seams to seal it

Ok, thanks. I think I'll be going with Liquid Nails. Does it need bracing at back or near the end of the port? The port will be 16-17 long.

Mines 25.25" long and I have a sheet of MDF cut just big enough to fit the sonotubes for support.
