I was just wondering if component speakers were like coxials only better or are they just bass pushers like subs? I don't want to buy component speakers if they aren' regular type speakers........I already have subs and I want speakers now. Please help.

Components are "regular" speakers except the woofer and tweeter are actually separate speakers, not built into the same frame. You get more control over the sound quality because the crossover is also a separate item. They usually take more power than equivalent coaxials too.

Thank you, here is another one for you then while we are on this. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee with side panel speakers for both front and rear, would you reccomend components for both front and rear or just the front?
