Another Mach Box Build *pics*

Lol word. I really need to get a jasper jig
Make your own. It's not hard and can be done with some 1/8" mdf or similar type of wood. Just cut out a hole for the bit to pass through and then mount it with screws from underneath. To get the cutout radius, use a square and place the bit in the inside corner and measure out. This gives you the distance to the center from the outside of the bit. It works the same way as a jasper jig and as you make more an more circles, just label the centers for the radius you cut out. Over time, you will basically have your own jig for about $3.

Thanks man! I have some lexan glass laying around so I might try to make one out of that.

You should see my ghetto *** jig I have!I made it out of a parking sign (1/16 in steel) and works like a dream.Don't spend the money on a jasper jig.Once you make a few rings you'll get the sizes you need and if you need more just add.Make sure to mark what each hole cuts like "inner dia. or outer dia."

lol you should see mine right now. Its a make shift compass made from 2 pieces of mdf screwed together with a nail and a pencil duct tape to the end of the wood. And thanks for the tips!

I got the design for a t-line laid out. 90.6 inches in length, 80 in^2 port area. Dimensions of the box are 22.5"w x 20"l x 16"h . Port is 16" x 5". The port will have 4 folds. Just by these figures does it seem right?

This is for a single 12 with an FS of 37.4

Found it!
