i bet if you worked on it all day you could get it done (if you had all the stuff)...
its all prep work that gets you dont quick. having all the brushes ready, all the mixing cups and stuff out and organized, an all the tools at the ready, and a nice shop to do it in, ive noticed since i worked at circuit city, my production level is MUCH quicker when the soldering iron is on, and i ahve my tool bag with all my stuff.
so far its a really nice looking box.. im not really a fan of its "square" back... i prolly would have cut the shape of the sides concave, and the top\bottom convex to give a nice rounded apparance... maybe aimed the subs at an "upward angle"
im assuming the box lays on its side and the subs fire straight out.
