I will have about 280 wrms on tap and want it to be aimed at sql purposes. It will be going in a 1999 Dodge Durango and either fire off the back glass or face forward, whatever would be best. I was thinking that 2.75ft^3 at 30 Hz would be pretty sick.

wow thats a huge freggin box for the idq //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif, even though ID puts it on there, its like the biggest box they recommend. i figure it would be a little too boomy if you ask me.

hows this straight from the horses mouth;

OK so maybe i will go with 2.5ft^3 gross then take out sub and port displacement....should be near the normal 2.28. I just thought the box needed to be a little bigger since i am underpowering the sub a little. Maybe i should build the bandpass? I need the most out of this sub while still sounding good.
