Android or Apple?

I've had real world experience with both my iphone 4 and samsung galaxy s2.

I am slightly biased towards iphone since I had every one since the original iphone (kept upgrading every year or two) so I am used to the OS.

But after switching to a galaxy s2 (im a huge fan of samsung products) even though it's a beautiful peice of equipment I still gotta say the iphone comes first.. its just smoother. Everything about it just works flawlessly.

The samsung is lighter, bigger and tech spec wise "faster" (I notice zero difference in speed on internet or just messing with the devices) but the iphone is just way more reliable.

Currently I own both but my simcard is usually in my i4

I'm the same way. I've had an iPhone since the original one came out.

I'm ready fora change but I don't want to not like it.

Don't let the beautiful screens of the galaxies lure you in.. they arent as amazing as everything tries to get ya to think. The aftermarket support for iphones is awesome, and my pioneer headunit controls and charges my entire iphone flawlessly.. again, my android falls short there.

Also, 4g is bullshit. i have "4g" on my galaxy s2 and its the same ****** **** as my iphone 4

Yeh I may try it out and just keep my iPhone just incase. I just like android bc it's more customizable.

Android if you like having options, modern technology, and competitive pricing.iPhone if you like having everything done and chosen for you (others call this reliability), old hardware (512mb of internal ram and no 4g on your 3 month old phone?), and terrible pricing.
Yeh I want to see what options they have and all that. And you right about the pricing being better

Options? like what.

Modern technology? Like what..

Competive pricing? galaxy note = 300, iphone 4s = 200

Chosen for you? I jailbreak my **** all day with the click of a button, androids are just as locked in as iphones, you have to flash and rom them yourself to do everything, also with android the carrier chooses when you upgrade the OS, not the manufacturer. (galaxy s2 doesnt have ICS yet even though android released, wtf)

4g? a joke, my iphone 4s is capable of "4g" speeds that you obviously got suckered into, i have both a "4g" and iphone and the difference is completely not there. Sometimes my iphone actually loads faster (we tried side by side many times) yea ok 512mb ram whatever it still multitasks just as well as the galaxy, if not better.

the andriod OS is just too clunky and slow for me, its not smooth or reliable by any means (crashes out of apps, slow loading, juttery movement)

again this is real world experience i dropped the money on both phones
