Again you probably have nothing to worry about but there is always the possibility.

Just a little FYI to everyone crying trademark infrigement and what not....I strongly suggest that you do a little research into the subject and then look at what's going on here....there is clearly NO trademark infrigement nor dilution here in either case be it the logo or My slogan....are there simularities....sure is...but that's the extent of it. Neither BMW motors or Electronic Arts are remotely the same or even close to being the same type of business as to what I run....the name of my corporation is "Elite Auto Sports LLC" and the products that I sell and the services that I provide can in no way be remotely confused to as being provided by either of the forementioned corporations......I am neither marketed in any fashion close to those companies.....so bottom line is this "CHILL OUT" people and enjoy life..............//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

For some reason this draws possible problems. Also if what you are telling me is correct I can create a company, call it Granny Smith, put computers together, and put an apple on my products... FALSE.

Toasted1 believe me I understand everything you've said and you speak from the fact that you work in the business that deals with such matters, thus I give weight to what YOU are saying and yes I have been advised by my attorneys about the fine line I would be walking if I chose this logo.....you see I did show them the logo's that would become the finialist.....
